Procurement of civil works for Richmond Farm B: Footpaths, roads and associated stormwater control (Ward 41). Requirements

• CIDB designation: 3 CE (or higher).
• CIDB and statutory registrations valid at closing; registration on eThekwini Supplier Portal and CSD required.
• Audited financial statements if the tender value exceeds R10 million.
• Declaration of municipal rates/taxes and no disputed municipal commitments.
• Tender validity: 12 months.
• Joint ventures: each member must meet tax/CIDB requirements; JV agreements where applicable.
