PROVISION OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) TRAINING FOR THE PPECBClosed

Overview

Provision of Information Technology (IT) training for PPECB: PPECB seeks accredited South African training providers to deliver online IT training for its ICT department over a 3-year period, with courses offered online via Microsoft Teams, and costs per delegate plus any exam fees. Providers must be accredited Training Partners and SETA-registered, with certificates issued for each delegate. This is open to accredited SA providers (course list in the RFQ).

Requirements

• Valid accreditation as a training partner for the listed IT courses and SETA accreditation (proof required).
• Ability to deliver online via Microsoft Teams; issue certificates of attendance/certification per delegate.
• Provide cost per delegate for each course and any exam/certification fees.
• Submit required documentation: SBD1, SBD4, tax clearance, B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, SBD6.1, and CSD registration.
• Include course content outlines, duration, facilitator accreditation, and three client references ( Annexure A/B as applicable ).
• Ensure data protection compliance and confidentiality obligations.

• Submission deadline: 12 October 2026 at 11:00 (RFQ RFQ/HC/ICT-TRAINING/2026/09).
• Submission method: email to Simphiwe Yende or via Microsoft OneDrive as instructed (RFQ file references).
• Documents to submit: SBD1, SBD4, valid Tax Clearance PIN, B-BBEE status certificate or affidavit, CSD proof, Annexure B pricing schedule, Annexure A references.
• Pre-qualifications: CSD registration; SARS Tax Compliance; SETA accreditation proof.
• Briefing session: briefing address listed as Silwerboom Avenue, Plattekloof, Plattekloof 7500 (details and mandatory status to be confirmed in addenda).
