PROVISION OF INTEGRATED ICT SOLUTION SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR MANDELA BAY THEATRE COMPLEX

Provision of integrated ICT solution service providers for Mandela Bay Theatre Complex (MBTC). The MBTC seeks a two-stage, open tender to assess current ICT infrastructure, design a target architecture (including data warehouse/BI), supply and implement software and cloud services, perform data cleansing/migration, configure reporting, provide end-user support and a 36-month operational term with SLAs, and transition-out support. Eligibility targets IT/ICT service providers with experience in data warehousing/BI, cloud hosting, cybersecurity, and project delivery, and who are a recognized Sage reseller/partner. Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), hold SARS Tax Clearance, comply with VAT if applicable, have B-BBEE verification, and be able to establish a local MBTC office within 30 days of award. The evaluation is two-stage (Stage 1: Functionality; Stage 2: 80/20 preference points) with a mandatory 70% functionality threshold and a subsequent 80/20 (or 90/10 where applicable) preference framework.
