PROVISION OF INTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES AT THE PLAYHOUSE COMPANY FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS

Procurement of internal audit services for The Playhouse Company for a period of three years. Open-tender; suitable for professional internal-audit providers with relevant qualifications. Mandatory eligibility includes CSD registration and tax compliance, completed and signed SBD forms, B-BBEE evidence, COIDA good standing, authority to submit, current public-liability cover, a three-year pricing schedule based on exactly 500 billable hours per year, and an organogram with key personnel. Requirements

• CSD registration and a 30-day active CSD report. Tax clearance and SARS PIN.
• Completed and signed SBD forms; B-BBEE evidence; COIDA good standing; authority to submit bid (e.g., company resolution); current public-liability cover.
• Pricing schedule: three-year pricing, including VAT, based on exactly 500 billable professional hours per year; priced for 1 April 2027 – 31 March 2030; annual budget must include all ordinary delivery costs. • Organogram with names, qualifications and experience of key personnel.
• CSD report for any subcontractor if sub-contracting; separate TCS/PIN/CSD for each party; sub-contractor’s CSD status must be active.
