Overview

Provision of Internet Services at Majuba TVET College for a period of five years. The college also invites proposals for two additional ICT services under separate tenders: a 3-tier virtual environment and endpoint protection with XDR, each for five years. The briefings are compulsory and cover the three service areas; submissions close 23 July 2026.

Requirements

• Bid on the official Bills of Quantities and supply all required information.
• Submit in a sealed envelope to Majuba TVET College Central Office (or use the provided electronic/fax method as stated).
• Attend compulsory site meetings for each service:
  • Internet Services: 07 July 2026, 10:00, 83 Allen Street, Newcastle
  • 3-Tier Virtual Environment: 07 July 2026, 11:00, same venue
  • Endpoint Protection and XDR: 07 July 2026, 12:00, Microsoft Teams (link provided)
• Use tender documents issued; late tenders not accepted.
• Obtain tender documents by payment (R500 per document); send proof of payment to Peggy Mazibuko.
• Clarifications deadline: 07 July 2026 at 12:00; no further clarifications after.
• Tender documents available by email 18 June 2026 to 07 July 2026.

• Obtain tender documents by paying R500 per document (non-refundable) and sending proof of payment to peggy.mazibuko@majuba.edu.za (document filename indicates multiple services; see Advert for Provision of internet services - End Point- 3 Tier.pdf).
• Submit documents via the Tender Box at Majuba TVET College Central Office, 83 Allen Street, Newcastle 2940 (or follow electronic/fax submission as noted in the tender request).
• Include the required information and complete the relevant Bill of Quantities for the chosen service(s).
