Overview

Procurement of ISO IMS internal audit services for ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 over a 3-year period. Bidders should be experienced internal audit service providers with ISO IMS expertise, and meet key compliance requirements (CSD, tax clearance, CIDB where applicable, BBBEE, and auditor registrations).

Requirements

• Provide IMS internal audits for all three standards; yearly audit plan; audits per year; audit findings and reports within 14 working days; follow-up audits.
• Four reference letters for IMS audits (past 10 years), with client details and contract scope.
• Key personnel: CVs and proof of Professional Registrations; Lead Auditor for all three standards; auditors registered with SAATCA or IRCA.
• Mandatory returns: SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1; Pricing Schedule; VAT inclusive pricing; price must be firm for contract duration.
• Compliance: CSD registration; Tax Compliance Status (TCS Pin); UIF; B-BBEE certificate (SANAS-accredited if required); minimum B-BBEE level 3 or higher; local/empowerment stipulations.
• Sub-contractors: CIDB registration for any listed sub-contractors; notification on SBD6.1.
• Evaluation: minimum 70/100 for functionality; 80/20 price/qualitative weighting; full compliance required to proceed.
