Overview

SAWS seeks bids for Provision of IT equipment, including laptops, desktops, monitors, accessories, peripherals, and associated support and maintenance. Bidders should have IT hardware supply capabilities, OEM accreditation verification, and the capacity to deliver end-user devices plus SLA-based maintenance.

Requirements

• Complete and submit all returnable documents: Annexure A (Invitation to Bid), Annexure B (GCC), Annexure C (Bidder’s Disclosure), Annexure F (Preference Points), Annexure G (Pricing Schedule), Annexure H (Specifications/Terms of Reference) and Annexure i (POPIA form) via the eTenders platform (see Annexure A). • Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN or Tax Compliance Status (TCS); if foreign, process per Annexure A; separate TCS/CSD for each party in JV/subcontracting. (Annexure A)
• Ensure compliance with POPIA, B-BBEE, and related governance; provide OEM accreditation verification where applicable. (Annexure A)
• Supplier due diligence prior to award includes reference letter verification and OEM accreditation verification. (Annexure A)
• If applicable, submit subcontracting arrangements. (Annexure A)
• Warranties and SLA: 12-month warranty; must enter into an SLA with SAWS upon award. (Annexure B)
• Insurance, delivery terms, and penalties as per GCC (Annexure B).
