Requirements

• Landowners or authorized agents with proof of ownership or valid authorisation to act on behalf of the owner.
• Land parcel of approximately 6,000–7,000 square metres, near Eskom CNC, and reasonably flat.
• Land ready for possession with all necessary permissions and approvals in place.
• Submissions must include owner/contact details, land location, size, layout, amenities, and proof of ownership, plus a business proposal.
• Electronic submission only; PDFs preferred; latest version; no hard copies; follow Eskom E-tendering rules for market-testing EOIs.
