Provision of land surveying and town planning services for the Swellendam Municipal Yard, with mandatory engagement of a registered Town Planner and a registered Land Surveyor. The engagement is for a project requiring both professional disciplines and at least 3 years’ relevant contract experience.

Requirements

• Bidder must indicate who will perform the Town Planning service and provide proof of SACPLAN registration.
• Bidder must indicate who will perform the Land Surveying service and provide proof of SAGC registration.
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience on contracts of a similar nature (to be verified via the schedule of work experience).
• Valid Tax Compliance Status PIN (SARS) required.
• Quotations must be submitted on prescribed documents in a sealed envelope.
• Late quotations or those submitted by email/facsimile will not be considered.
