Overview

Provision of land surveying services at the Bontebok Landfill Site for Swellendam Municipality. Open to land surveying firms/consultants with SAGC registration and relevant experience, capable of providing a schedule of work experience and proof of SAGC certificate.

Requirements

• SAGC registration with certificate (proof to be submitted)
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience on contracts of similar nature (experience verified via the schedule of work experience)
• Valid Tax Compliance Status PIN (SARS)
• Quotations must be submitted on prescribed documents, in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the quotation number and description
• Submission to the Municipal Quotation Box by 11:00 on 24 July 2026; late or non-delivered quotations are not considered
• Bids remain valid for 60 days from closing date
• Evaluation under the 80/20 Preferential Procurement Policy; lowest bid not guaranteed; Council may accept a portion or the full bid
• No inquiries will be handled in the last two days before closing (all inquiries in writing)
