Overview

The Swellendam Municipality invites quotations for land surveying services on four disparate portions of land (remainder ERF 1) and ERF 9546 Swellendam. Bidders should be SAGC-registered land surveyors with at least 3 years’ experience, including evidence of 3 similar municipal projects within that period.

Requirements

• SAGC registration as a Land Surveyor (proof required)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience
• Evidence of 3 similar municipal projects completed in that period
• Valid Tax Compliance Status PIN from SARS
• Quotations submitted on prescribed documents and in a sealed envelope
• Evaluation will follow the 80/20 Preferential Procurement Policy; bid validity 60 days
