The Provision of Landscaping Maintenance Services at uShaka Marine World for 36 months. Requirements

• CIDB: contractor grading 3 SH or higher; active status at closing.

• Returnable docs: Compulsory Enterprise Questionnaire; MBD4, MBD8, MBD9; Declaration of Municipal Fees; SARS Tax Compliance PIN; CIDB CSD verification; CIDB registration; evidence of prior similar work (see Tables 1–3 in the tender).
• Experience: minimum 2 similar projects in past 10 years (each ≥50% of tender value); minimum 3 years as Horticulturist with accredited qualification.
• Health & safety: comply with OHS Act 85 of 1993; provide safety file approved by UMW; medical certificates for employees; PPE; first-aid readiness (37.2 Agreement).
• Pricing & procurement: VAT handling per vendor status; 80/20 evaluation with price preference; tender validity 120 days (plus potential extension); all documents to be lodged hard copy and on the JDE system (ESP) (36422-5U).
