Overview

Provision of laundry services at Injisuthi, Kamberg, Giant’s Castle, and Thendele Resorts for a five-year period as and when required for EZEMVELO KZN Wildlife. Open-tender; suitable for laundry service providers with capacity to service remote reserve resorts and with SA public procurement compliance.

Requirements

• Compulsory briefing and site inspection: 27 Aug 2026, 11:00 at Giant’s Castle Game Reserve; sign/stamp Official Briefing Session/Site Inspection Certificate.
• Bid submission: hard copies plus a USB; envelopes clearly marked with bid number, description, closing date/time; bids deposited in the Tenders/Bids Box at EKZNW Head Office (Pietermaritzburg).
• Registration/compliance: Central Suppliers Database (CSD) registration; SARS Tax Compliance PIN or CSD number; ensure tax matters are in order.
• Forms and declarations: complete SBD 1, SBD 3.3 (Pricing Schedule), SBD 4, SBD 6.1; B-BBEE status (certificate or sworn affidavit) as applicable.
• Pricing scope: price all four resorts in SBD 3.3; failure to price all will invalidate the bid.
• Delivery scope and charges: follow NADT tariff rates for laundry delivery; max travel implied (350 km round trip) policy applies.
• General: adhere to GCC/SCC terms; bids opened publicly; bid validity 180 days.
