Overview

Provision of Legal Services (Attorneys) – Panel of Professional Services for a period of three (3) years. Blue Crane Route Municipality invites bids from law firms or attorneys to establish a panel of professional legal service providers to support municipal legal work for three years. Eligible bidders include legal practices with relevant experience and registered professionals; must be registered on the CSD Supplier Database with Tax Compliant Status and supply a Certificate of Good Standing from their local municipality.

Requirements

• Phase 1 criteria: company relevant legal experience; qualifications and professional registration; key personnel; methodology.
• Phase 2 Specific Goals: HDI status with Race, Gender, Disability, Youth; locality within the BCRM, Sarah Baartman District, Eastern Cape, and South Africa.
• Administrative/compliance: CSD registration with Tax Compliant Status; Certificate of Good Standing from local municipality; complete all tender forms and data sheets; late/incomplete/faxed/electronically submitted bids will not be accepted; bids valid for 90 days; policy applies; right to accept whole or part.
