Overview

Procurement of maintenance services for glazing works at OR Tambo International Airport for a 12-month period. Bidders should be glazing maintenance specialists with CIDB capacity of 4SG or higher, able to work on airport facilities under NEC3 TSC3 terms, and able to meet tax, insurance, and BBBEE requirements.

Requirements

• CIDB contractor grading of 4SG or higher.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN/TCS (or CSD if no TCS PIN); provide proof with bid.
• Returnable documents completed on official forms; no re-typing; include Schedule of Deviations if any.
• Insurance: contract works, public liability, professional indemnity, plus any employer-specific requirements per contract data (NEC3).
• Evidence of key personnel qualifications and experience (CVs for site manager, technicians, and assistants; SAQA-verification for any foreign qualifications).
• BBBEE and preference: provide valid certificate or sworn affidavit; comply with 80/20 scoring, with relevant goals proof.
