Overview

Framework Arrangement for Provision of maintenance, repair and servicing of motor vehicles (FY 2026-2028) for Sigor Sub County Hospital, County Government of Bomet. Open to eligible bidders with vehicle maintenance capabilities; joint ventures allowed with up to 3 members; bidders must meet PPADA requirements and anti-corruption provisions; foreign bidders must meet nationality/local-content rules.

Requirements

• Compliance with PPADA 2015; no corruption or fraud; not debarred; fair and transparent process.
• Tax compliance: valid tax clearance certificate.
• Conflict of interest: no disqualifying relationships; no improper consulting support from affiliates.
• Nationality/local content: foreign bidders must source at least 40% of inputs from Kenyan suppliers; JVs limited and joint liability applies.
• JV rules: maximum 3 members; joint and several liability; ability to sign on behalf of JV; if applicable, provide JV agreement or letter of intent.

• Clarifications: requests in writing to the Procuring Entity by the date specified for clarification (7 days before closing); responses shared with all bidders. (See Tender Data Sheet in the tender documents.)
• Submission: sealed bids deposited in the Tender Box at Sigor hospital procurement office; clearly marked with Tender Number; deadline: 18 August 2026, 12:00 noon (as per Tender document). If tender allows electronic submission, that procedure is stated in the Tender Data Sheet.
• Site visit / pre-bid: site visit and pre-tender briefing details, if any, will be in the TDS; attendance may be optional.
• Currency: bids in Kenya Shillings; ensure all required copies and original are submitted.
• Additional: ensure tax/compliance, eligibility, and required registrations are up to date; tender validity and award steps follow the contract process.
