Overview

Provision of Maintenance Services for Network Infrastructure. The Tourism Fund (Kenya) invites sealed tenders for maintenance of its network infrastructure under TF/04/2026-2027. This is an open tender; bidders should have network/IT infrastructure maintenance capability and comply with Kenyan public procurement rules. Foreign bidders must show at least 40% local inputs; bids must be in Kenya Shillings, with a 182-day tender validity and a 2-year completion window from contract signing.

Requirements

• Tender security: KSh 150,000, valid 217 days from tender opening (bank guarantee or PPRA-accredited insurance).
• Prices: all-inclusive of taxes and delivery; in KSh; valid 182 days.
• Submissions: sealed, non-electronic; original plus copies; delivered to Tourism Fund, 6th Floor, Supply Chain, Valley Road, Nairobi (tender box). Late tenders rejected.
• Documents: Form of Tender; priced Activity Schedule; tender security; qualifications; eligibility; conformity; JV documents if applicable.
• Eligibility: Kenyan tax compliance certificate; anti-corruption and conflict-of-interest declarations; and for foreign bidders, evidence of 40% local content.
• Other: site visit at bidder’s risk; clarifications in writing no later than three days before closing; pre-tender meeting not applicable.
