Requirements

• Eligibility and compliance: non-conflict of interest; not suspended/debarred; tax compliance (current Tax Clearance); VAT/PIN; business permit; health certificate; nationality and anti-corruption safeguards; sign Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
• Financial and experience: demonstrate liquidity and credit access; audited financial statements; minimum average turnover; verifiable prior contracts (construction/food service experience as applicable); JV arrangements if any must meet specific rules.
• Documentation: Application Letter; Form ELI-1.1 & 1.2; Form FIN-3.1 & 3.2; Form EXP-4.1 & 4.2; company profile; registration certificates; health certificate; tender documents must be serialized; provide all requested documentation in English.
• Submission specifics: sealed original + copies; submitted to the tender box outside the County Commissioner’s entrance; deadline 29 June 2026 (10:00 local). No electronic submissions.
