Overview

Provision of media buying services for the 2026 Money Smart Week South Africa (MSWSA 2026) to support FSCA’s education and awareness campaigns. Suitable bidders are media buying agencies with national TV, print, radio and digital/social capability, experience with government/ regulator campaigns, and ability to provide planning, booking, monitoring and reporting. The contract starts 01 October 2026 and concludes with final deliverables by 29 January 2027 (per the Terms of Reference).

Requirements

• Demonstrated media buying capabilities across TV, print, radio and social media; detailed project plan and approach.
• Submission must include: company profile and implementation team; a mock project plan; sample pack (print article, radio interview script, interview schedule); three reference letters.
• Compliance documents: SBD 1, SBD 3.1 (Pricing Schedule), SBD 4 (Bidder’s Disclosure), SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim Form); BBBEE evidence (certificate or sworn affidavit).
• Registrations and approvals: registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD); tax compliance (SARS PIN or TCS) or CSD number; ensure ongoing CSD updates.
• Price: firm, all-inclusive in ZAR; bid valid for 120 days.
• Additional: willing to sign SLA; may be subject to site visits; materials become FSCA property; adherence to PPPFA, BBBEE, GCC.
