Overview

Procurement of medical and general hospital waste disposal management services for Kitui County Referral Hospital and Mwingi Level IV Hospital under a two-year service agreement. Requirements

• Valid company incorporation/registration and CR12.
• Current Kenya Tax Compliance Certificate.
• Valid Business Permit/Licenses.
• Complete Form of Tender with Confidential Business Questionnaire, Certificate of Independent Tender Determination, Self-Declaration, and Conflict of Interest disclosures; include directors’ IDs and business registrations.
• Site visit to Kitui County Referral Hospital and Mwingi Level IV Hospital on 29 July 2026 (declaration of site visit).

• If a Joint Venture, joint and several liability and JV agreement or letter of intent.
