PROVISION OF MICROSOFT PRODUCTS AND SERVICES (INCLUDING MS 365 E5 LICENCES) FOR AClosed

Overview

This RFQ seeks the provision of Microsoft products and services, including MS 365 E5 licences, for NRWDI for a 12-month period. Eligible bidders are ICT service providers with Microsoft licensing and cloud security experience, including a valid Microsoft Partner certification and capability to meet the MS 365 E5 upgrade and security requirements (as per NRWDI RFQ NRWDI/ICT/2026-08; attached document NRWDI RFQ FOR MICROSOFT PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.pdf).

Requirements

• Fully quote according to the price structure and scope; quotes must be submitted by the closing deadline and to the correct email.
• Provide a minimum of two reference letters from prior clients where Microsoft Subscription Licences were supplied (on client letterhead, with contact details and signatures, independent of the Bidder).
• Submit a valid copy of a Certified Microsoft Partner.
• The bidder must be able to pay Microsoft first and provide proof of payment to NRWDI, or provide credible assurance of arrangements with Microsoft that ensure service continuity.
• Include ID copies of the owners/directors of the bidding company.
• Complete all SBD forms (SBD 4 and SBD 6.1) and attach BBBEE certificate or affidavit (if applicable); provide CSD report.
• Tax compliance and not listed on the National Treasury’s restricted or tender-defaulters list at award stage.
• The bid is subject to National Treasury General Conditions of Contract.

• Submission deadline: 07 July 2026 by 17:00 (RFQ Closing Date/Time in the attached document; metadata shows 11:00, but the RFQ note specifies 17:00). The RFQ validity is 60 working days from closing date.
• Submission method: Email quotes to procurement@nrwdi.org.za; clarify inquiries to Moses Shandukani at Moses.Shandukani@nrwdi.org.za. Quotes sent to the correct email only will be considered.
• Documents to submit: Completed SBD 4 and SBD 6.1; two reference letters; proof of Microsoft partnership; BBBEE certificate or affidavit; CSD report; tax clearance evidence (as applicable).
• Required registrations: Central Supplier Database registration (foreign bidders must have local entity); ISO 9001:2015 indication; BBBEE documentation.
