PROVISION OF MORTGAGE DEBT COLLECTION SERVICES FOR KENYA REINSURANCE CORPORATION

Overview

Provision of Mortgage Debt Collection Services for Kenya Reinsurance Corporation. Open tender for Non-Consulting Debt collection services of mortgages. Eligible bidders: private entities or state-owned entities; Joint Ventures are not applicable. One-year completion target. Submissions are by hard copy (no electronic submission) and must be delivered by 3 November 2026 at 10:00 to 15th Floor, Reinsurance Plaza, Nairobi. Requirements

• Tenderer must meet Section III Evaluation and Qualification Criteria; not debarred; comply with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act.
• Must be a single entity (no JV). Foreign bidders must source at least 40% of inputs from Kenyan suppliers.
• Tax compliance certificate required; environmental and nationality requirements apply.
• Completion timeframe: one year.
• Tender documents to include Form of Tender, priced Activity Schedule, Tender Security (if required), and required eligibility/qualifications documentation.
• Currency for tender is Kenya Shillings; prices must be in the prescribed formats.
