Overview

Provision of Network Monitoring (OpManager) – annual license renewal for 12 months. Quotation invited from service providers registered on the Central Supplier Database and eThekwini Supplier Portal, accredited as OpManager resellers, and able to provide tax compliance PIN/tax status documentation. Suitable for IT services/software license renewals by a network monitoring vendor with OpManager accreditation.

Requirements

• Registered on CSD and eThekwini Supplier Portal; tax compliance status (PIN/TCS) required.
• Accredited OpManager reseller; accreditation letter required and OpManager certificates for assigned resources.
• At least three (3) signed customer references for OpManager in last 3 years.
• Fully completed mandatory MBD forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9) and submitted on official letterhead; pricing/quotation documents as required.
• Proof of OpManager accreditation and relevant documentation; evidence of permissions for reselling and renewal of licenses.
• If applicable, CSD number and/or SARS TCS PIN; consortia/JVs must provide separate TCS/PIN for each party.

How to Apply

• Submission deadline: 28 October 2026 at 11:00 (RFQ BS 804). Late bids will not be accepted.
• Submission method: sealed quotations in the tender box at the Guest Information Centre, 1 King Shaka Avenue, Durban; or online where specified; envelopes must be sealed and numbered.
• Documents to submit: official MBD forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9), pricing schedule, tax compliance evidence (PIN/TCS) and CSD proof; accreditation letter and OpManager certificates; three customer references.
• Pre-qualifications: CSD and eThekwini Supplier Portal registration; OpManager reseller accreditation; tax compliance status (PIN/TCS) as required; ensure all forms are complete and signed.
