Overview

Provision of Occupational Hygiene Training on an ‘as and when’ required basis for four years at Eskom Training Centres, to be delivered by OH training providers. Suitable bidders are training providers with accredited OH qualifications and capable of delivering ISO 9001–compliant training programs, including relevant national OH modules and SAIOH/QCTO/SANAS qualifications.

Requirements

• Accreditation for OH qualifications: SETA or QCTO qualification replacement; SAIOH Professional Certification Committee; SANAS accreditation where applicable. (see Procurement Strategy Annex)
• Quality management: conformance to ISO 9001 and a documented Quality Plan as part of supplier processes.
• Tender integrity: no 100% sub-contracting; no conflicts of interest; compliance with Eskom procurement policies; eligibility verified (no sanctions, defaulters, etc.).
• Documentation: complete SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1/6.2 local-content declarations, Tax questionnaires where applicable, Pricing Schedule/BOQ (PDF and Excel), Scope of Work, and related annexures. (see Annexes to ITT)
• Scope of training: capacity to deliver courses listed in the Scope of Work (e.g., Heat Stress, BMT measurement, ventilation, aerosols, asbestos, radiation, indoor air quality, etc.) with defined learner group sizes. (see Occupational Hygiene Training Scope of Work)
• Compliance: adherence to Eskom Standard Conditions of Tender and Eskom General Conditions of Purchase. (see ITT and Standard Conditions)
