PROVISION OF OFFICE ACCOMMODATION FOR A PERIOD OF UP TO FIVE (5) YEARS IN RESPECT OF MOKOPANE SATELLITE OFFICEClosed

Overview

Provision of office accommodation for a period of up to five years for the Mokopane Satellite Office; landlords/property owners and agents are invited to bid. Open-tender (RFP) issued by Legal Aid South Africa for an operational lease to host a Mokopane office, with an optional briefing, closing 12 August 2026, and proposal validity of 150 days.

Requirements

• Active registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and tax compliance; provide SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN) or TCS certificate (original) and CSD number if no TCS.
• B-BBEE: original certificate or sworn affidavit; JVs must provide consolidated B-BBEE status; use the 80/20 preference points system (and 20 points for specific goals).
• Complete and submit all SBD forms (SBD 1, SBD 3.1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1) and Annexure B; provide municipal/electricity accounts not older than two months; provide title deed/relationship letter if acting on behalf of the landlord.
• Phase 3+ evaluation requires building-specific documentation (building plan/occupancy certificate/zoning/fire and electrical/compliance certs/pest control) and evidence of accessibility and parking, within Mokopane.
• Lease terms: minimum 5-year operational lease; landlord to negotiate refurbishment and Tenant Installation Allowance (with CIDB alignment); water backup/continuous supply obligation; standard Legal Aid SA lease form to be used.
