Provision of office accommodation for the Department of Agriculture for a period of 36 months in Qumbu Service Centre, Mhlontlo LM, OR Tambo District. Bids are invited from property owners or facilities management service providers to lease about 361.5 m2 for 35 staff, with mandatory compliance requirements and a site briefing. Requirements

• Property ownership or power of attorney; deed of sale if applicable.
• Occupational Health and Safety Certificate (OHS).
• CSD registration with compliant tax status and related verification.
• Attendance at the compulsory briefing session.
• Minimum leasable area of 361.5 m2, with parking for about 12 cars, within Qumbu area, and accessible location.
• Access for persons with disabilities; suitable ablution facilities and ramps.
• Security features (secure boundary walls/fence; guard presence) and infrastructure (backup water, network access, power).
• Compliance with National Building Regulations and Occupational Health and Safety Act; ready for occupancy with a plan for any required alterations.
• 36-month lease term with fixed pricing and escalation terms as applicable. (see attached tender terms)
