Overview

Provision of office accommodation for the Limpopo Province (Polokwane), including turnkey facility management and leasing of office space for the Commission for Gender Equality (CGE). The open-tender seeks a property owner/developer or facilities manager to lease and equip corporate office space in Polokwane CBD, plus manage outsourced services. Requirements

• Minimum Gross Leasable Area: 250 m2 with at least 9 undercover parking bays.
• Location: within 6 km of Polokwane CBD and accessible to public transport; universal access for disabled persons.
• Facilities: ablution facilities (disability friendly); municipal services in place; property must meet relevant OHS, electrical, fire, and evacuation requirements.
• Ownership/Compliance: bidder must be owner or provide deed of sale; comply with all statutory and municipal requirements; provide CSD, tax clearance, and BBBEE-related documentation.
• Outsourced services: demonstrate how security (PSIRA-registered), cleaning (bargaining council registration and Department of Labour good standing), and maintenance are to be delivered; provide a detailed maintenance plan and a facility management team (in-house or outsourced) with CVs.
• Evaluation: minimum functionality threshold (65%); 80/20 price-preference evaluation; mandatory SBD forms (SBD3.1, SBD4, SBD8, SBD9) and site inspection.
