Overview

Provision of office accommodation in Lusikisiki for two years with an option to extend for one year, via a lease to ECPTA. Bidders should be landlords or developers with suitable Lusikisiki office space and capability to meet building-compliance, security and facility-management requirements (SBD forms, SARS tax clearance and CSD registration are required).

Requirements

• Minimum 344 m² rentable area; location within Lusikisiki CBD within 2 km; minimum 6 covered parking bays.
• Title Deed or authorisation letter from building owner.
• Building Compliance Certificate; Electrical, Plumbing, Fire certificates; Occupancy NB Regulations/Health & Safety compliance.
• Emergency lighting/generator; Disabled access and toilets; secure perimeter; access control; CCTV optional.
• Landlord to maintain building; ECPTA pays specified utilities and internal services.
• Site readiness to occupy within timeframe; all pages signed; Joint Venture rules if applicable.
