Requirements

• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) is compulsory.
• Registration on the University of Fort Hare Database is required.
• Submit an Original Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Complete SQD Form 1 and associated bidding documents (e.g., SBD forms in RFQ106NM2026.-SBD.pdf).
• Compliance with SCM policy; UFH reserves the right to accept or not the cheapest quote and to award via official UFH order.
• Adhere to RFQ specifications (six Lunar chairs, one cupboard) and deliver to Alice; 51%+ women ownership may earn specific goal points under the B-BBEE framework (80/20/90/10 system).
• Compliance with UFH and university policies (GBV, Code of Ethics, Anti-Fraud) throughout the engagement.
