Overview

Provision of office furniture for Ventersdorp Region Offices is being procured by JB Marks Local Municipality. Bidders should be suppliers of office furniture with SABS-approved products, able to provide a full turnkey package for the Ventersdorp region, deliver within 2–4 weeks from order, and meet Tax/CSD and local-content/preference requirements (80/20 price-based with 20 points for specific goals).

Requirements

• SABS capability report not older than 12 months (to accompany the pricing schedule).
• Valid Tax Clearance Status (Tax Compliance Status PIN) or CSD number; if in a joint venture, each party must have separate TCS/PIN/CSD.
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and verification with JB Marks SCM.
• Proof of experience: minimum three contactable references; include letters of appointment and completion certificates; proof of purchase orders and delivery notes for each contract.
• Complete and sign all returnables: MBD1, MBD3.1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD7.1, MBD8, MBD9 and Annexures; provide capability reports and past experience.
• Specific Goals (80/20 system): claim points with proof documents; include municipal rates/lease proof if applicable.
• All items listed in the schedule must be supplied by a single supplier (unless splitting is justified).
• Delivery: all items within 2–4 weeks from date of order; prices must be VAT inclusive; ownership terms per GCC.
• Pricing must be firm; pricing valid for 90 days from closing date.
• Non-submission of required documents or non-compliance may disqualify the bid.

How to Apply
