Overview

Provision of onboard entertainment on the Premium Class Passenger Service Coaches – Framework Contract (Reserved for Special Group). Kenya Railways invites sealed tenders for this onboard-entertainment framework contract, conducted as an Open Tender and limited to Special Group Firms registered by National Treasury.

Requirements

• Compliance with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act (anti-corruption) and Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
• Eligibility: Special Group Firms registered by National Treasury; no conflicts of interest; JV rules as specified; foreign bidders must meet 40% local input requirement with documentary evidence; tax compliance certificate.
• Tender security or tender-securing declaration; validity period and conditions as per the TDS (deemed 240 days for the security form).
• Documentation: Form of Tender with schedules, JV agreements if applicable, authorization to sign, and evidence of conformity to tender documents.
