Overview

Provision of Organisational Development (OD) Services for the Nuclear Operating Unit (NOU). Bidders should be OD consultants with HPCSA-registered Psychometrist/Psychologist, COMENSA membership, and a proven track record in large, unionised utilities, with expertise in culture transformation, employee engagement, and organisational diagnostics. Familiarity with energy sector reform and the ability to deploy tiered consultants (Tier 1–3) and proven assessment tools are expected.

Requirements

• HPCSA registration as a Psychometrist or Psychologist; COMENSA membership.
• Minimum 10–15+ years’ OD consulting experience in large utilities or public entities; strong focus on culture transformation, change management, and organisation effectiveness.
• Familiarity with energy sector transformation or SOE reforms; access to benchmarking tools; strong facilitation and change enablement.
• Structured consultant team with Tiered pricing (Tier 1–3) and demonstrated ability to simplify complexity and drive practical roll-out.
• Professional registrations and compliance: CSD registration; SARS tax clearance; COID good standing; SHEQ and OHS requirements including BRA and CEO-signed OHS policy.
• Mandatory tender returns and contractual prerequisites: NEC3 PSC3 contract terms; minimum 70% functionality score; post-tender negotiations may occur.
• Documentation: SBD forms, Annexures A–J, Scope of Work Annexure K, Pricing Schedule Annexure L; CIDB not applicable for this contract.
