PROVISION OF PEST CONTROL SERVICES FOR ALL JOE GQABI DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY OFFICES, DEPOTS AND SITES FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS. Open-Tender for suitably qualified pest control service providers to cover multiple sites across the Joe Gqabi district.

Requirements

• Qualified pest control operators, with proof of registration and relevant certifications; IPM knowledge.
• Use only SABS-approved, environmentally safe chemicals; provide MSDS; adherence to signage and safety protocols.
• Evidence of capability: methodology/ service plan, inspection/treatment plans, emergency procedures, reporting systems.
• Availability across all sites; 24-hour emergency response; adequate equipment and resources; site risk/incident logging.
• Compliance: Department of Agriculture registration (pest control), NQF Level 4 Pest Control Operations certificate; tax/compliance status; CSD registration if applicable; signed, complete bid documents.
• Returnable documents: proof of office address for locality points; references and performance assessment forms; JV/consortium agreements if applicable.
• Administrative: signed pages on all forms, no erasures, full pricing schedule, and adherence to contract terms (no unsigned/faxed bids).
