Provision of Preventive Maintenance of Lifts for the County Assembly of Nakuru (non-consulting services). Open National Tender. Requirements

• Eligibility: private entities or state-owned entities; Joint Ventures allowed with joint liability; JV must appoint a representative. (Provision of Preventive Maintenance of Lifts – ITT 4)
• Conflicts and fairness: no conflicts of interest; avoid unfair competitive advantage; provide independent tender determinations where required. (ITT 3)
• Eligibility restrictions: debarment/sanctions rules; foreign bidders must meet nationality/local-content rules; tax compliance required. (ITT 4, 4.6–4.14)
• Local content: foreign bidders must source at least 40% inputs from Kenyan suppliers; proof required. (ITT 4.10–4.11)
