PROVISION OF PRIMARY INTERNET LINE AND FIREWALL MANAGEMENT SERVICE FOR 12 MONTHS AS DETAILED IN THE RFQClosed

Overview

Provision of a 200 Mbps dedicated internet line and Fortinet firewall management services for 12 months for uShaka Marine World. Quotations are invited from service providers registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and eThekwini Supplier Portal with Fortinet NSE7 competence and relevant firewall management experience.

Requirements

• Latest CSD registration report and good standing with SARS (tax compliance) and a valid tax reference/PIN.
• Fully completed and signed MBD forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9) and offer on company letterhead.
• Proof of Fortinet partnership (valid letter not older than 12 months) and Fortinet NSE7 certificates for engineers.
• At least three signed customer reference letters for Internet and Fortinet NGFW management with dual Internet connections in the last 3 years.
• Stage One admin/compliance documentation and related PPPFA/Specific Goals requirements (e.g., BBBEE where applicable; MBD7.2; consortium docs if relevant).
• For foreign suppliers: Part B3 questionnaire; if no TCS, provide CSD number; separate TCS/PIN for joint Ventures as required.

• Submission method: sealed quotation in the Entity’s tender box, Guest Information Centre, 1 King Shaka Avenue, UShaka Marine World, Durban 4000; open in public.
• Documents to submit: MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9; pricing schedule; proof of tax compliance; CSD details; Fortinet partner letter; NSE7 certificates; 3 client references; and, if awarded, sign MBD7.2 contract.
• Registrations/pre-qualifications: CSD registration; SARS TCS PIN or equivalent; if applicable, pre-award questionnaire for foreign suppliers; consortium/joint venture documentation.
