Requirements

• At least one company director registered with SACAP as Professional Architect or Architect Technologist/Technician; include proof of registration and a SACAP good standing letter.
• Valid certified registrations for the professionals to be assigned to the project; tax matters in order; not listed on Treasury’s restricted suppliers.
• Bidder must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide a CSD report; tax compliance to be verified (SARS).
• Provide at least three previously completed projects (with client details, value, duration) for relevant disciplines; attach appointment letters and proof of work.
• Submit the Compulsory Enterprise Questionnaire, SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, Form of Offer, and a priced final Summary/Pricing Schedule; Include project team CVs and Proof of SACAP registration for each team member.
• Submit a contractor’s insurer undertaking for Professional Indemnity within 21 days of appointment; POPIA consent included.
• Where applicable, Joint Venture certificates of authority and signatories; conform to CIDB/DPWI policy requirements.
• Tender validity: 120 days.
