• Compliance/prequalifications: CSD Supplier Database with Tax Compliant Status; Certificate of Good Standing from local municipality; complete tender forms/data sheets and all supplementary information; bids must be submitted in black ink, not via fax/electronically; bid validity 90 days; no obligation to accept the lowest bid; complete Section 4.4 Authority of Signatory.
