Requirements

• CIDB Registration/Status, B-BBEE certs, and Tax Compliance PINs valid at tender closing; verified via CSD; include Compulsory Enterprise Questionnaire.
• Audited Financial Statements if tender value exceeds R10 million (incl. VAT).
• No undisputed municipal rates/fees; arrears must be formalised before close.
• Tender validity of 12 months; the Authority may request confirmation during the period.
• JV terms: separate PINs and JV agreements as applicable.
