Overview

Provision of professional team to conduct detailed planning (including all specialist studies for WULA and EIA) and obtain SPLUMA approval for Lower Thornwood Phase 2 Integrated Human Settlement: Ward 14. Bidders should be experienced in urban planning, WULA/EIA, SPLUMA approvals, and CIDB professional services; must be registered on the National Treasury CSD and the eThekwini Supplier Portal (and meet related eligibility checks). Requirements

• Eligibility: must be registered on the CSD and eThekwini Supplier Portal; CIDB PSC registration; complete compulsory enterprise and compliance forms; tax and municipal clearance where required.
• Technical qualifications: proven capability in detailed planning, WULA, EIA, SPLUMA approvals, and related environmental/urban planning studies.
• Certifications/registrations: CIDB registration, SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN, BBBEE status, and updated CSD report for JV if applicable.
• Financial/administrative: Audited financial statements if tender value exceeds R10 million; proof of municipal rates/taxes clearance; comply with pricing and contractual data.
• Documentation: returnable documents including MBD forms, Compulsory Enterprise Questionnaire, and other certificates as listed in the Tender Data (32674-1H).
