Overview

Procurement of professional VAT recovery services for Govan Mbeki Municipality for 36 months. This tender targets accountancy/tax advisory firms with VAT recovery expertise to deliver professional services under MFMA SCM requirements.

Requirements

• Remuneration method: bidder must propose remuneration as a percentage; the lowest proposed percentage is not automatically appointed.
• Evaluation framework: ability to execute under MFMA SCM Regulation 28(1)(b) – stated in the invitation.
