Overview

Provision of project management and construction services as a turnkey VIP sanitation project in Ndwedwe WSIG for three years; targeting professional service providers with project management, construction, and sanitation sector capabilities and relevant certifications.

• Tax compliance: submit Tax Clearance Certificate or SARS UNIQUE PIN for online verification; iLembe may verify online.
• Financial statements: bidders required to submit audited AFS for the most recent 3 years (or since establishment if within 3 years).
• Central Supplier Database: proof of registration with the National Treasury CSD.
• Bid validity: bids valid for 120 days from closing date.
• Submission format: sealed bid endorsed with Invitation to Bid No. TS/271/2026; submitted to the Bid Box at Ground Floor, iLembe Technical Services Building, 12 Haysom Road, KwaDukuza.
• Evaluation: functionality scoring with a 70-point minimum threshold; only qualifying bidders proceed to 80/20 price-based evaluation; adherence to SCM policies and PPPFA regulations.

• Prepare and submit a sealed bid to the Bid Box (Ground Floor, iLembe Technical Services Building) by 31 August 2026, 12:00; include bidder name and address on the envelope.
