PROVISION OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE GRANULAR DATA INTEGRATION (GDI) PROJECT FOR CENTRAL BANK OF KENYA

Overview

Provision of Project Management Services for the Granular Data Integration (GDI) Project for Central Bank of Kenya. Open to eligible firms; uses Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) under PPRA rules, with participation open to international and local bidders. The process requires separate Technical and Financial Proposals, with a pre-proposal meeting and hard-copy submission.

Requirements

• Eligibility: open to consultants from any country; Joint Ventures allowed, with lead partner meeting all Mandatory Requirements; ensure no conflicts of interest and not debarred.
• Certifications and documents: evidence of company incorporation/registration; valid Tax Compliance Certificate; Audited accounts for last two years; Confidential Business Questionnaire; Certificate of Independent Proposal Determination; ethics declarations.
• Financial/administrative: Bid Bond of Kes 50,000 valid ~170 days; prices in Kenya Shillings; proposal validity 140 days; Capacity Building Levy considerations; taxes covered as applicable.
• Technical criteria (pass mark 75%): firm experience relevant to assignment; work plan; organization and staffing; Key Experts’ qualifications and CVs; ensure Key Experts do not appear in more than one proposal.
