Provision of Psychometric Assessments for Recruitment and Development for 3 Years at UFS

Overview

Provision of psychometric assessments for recruitment and development for a period of three years on an as-and-when-required basis at the University of the Free State (UFS). Bidders should be accredited in psychometric assessment services with relevant tools, experienced in higher education contexts, and able to operate an online/remote platform. Proposals must be submitted electronically via PURCO SA (registration required); documents are downloadable from PURCO SA and UFS sources.

Requirements

• Mandatory pre-qualification items: proof of tender document purchase (R1150 incl. VAT); completed RFP forms; anticipated fee structure; brief company profile; proposal with deliverables and experience; CIDP/CIPC registration; SARS Compliance Certificate with PIN; proxy authorization if applicable; proof of bank account; last two audited financial statements; Professional Indemnity Insurance (min R5 million); HPCSA registration proof for offered products; estimated professional fees; and, where applicable, BBBEE verification and equity documentation.
• Stage 2 evaluation criteria include: (i) verification of at least three references (min 2 years each) with up-to-date contact details (30 points); (ii) manager experience (5–10 points); (iii) company experience (>4–10 years; up to 10 points); (iv) certification/licensing (HPCSA, etc.) (10 points); (v) assessment governance, POPIA/data security, licenses, support, training (up to 30 points); (vi) quality management system (10 points).
• All documents must relate to the tendering unit; group/company documents cannot be mixed across entities.
