PROVISION OF RENEWAL LICENSES FOR SAGE EVOLUTION 200 & SAGE 300 PEOPLEClosed

Overview

The RFQ seeks renewal licenses for Sage Evolution 200 & Sage 300 People for 24 months. It targets a Sage‑accredited service provider to renew licenses for the listed Sage modules (Sage Evolution 200 and Sage 300 People), including Direct Hire, for CETA. Bidders must be Sage‑accredited, registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and tax‑compliant; SBD and B‑BBEE documentation may be required.

Requirements

• Valid Sage accreditation/certificate
• CSD registration and tax‑compliant status (proof required)
• Submit SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 7.2 and GCC
• B‑BBEE status verification certificate or sworn affidavit (as applicable for EMEs/QSEs)
• Proof of banking details (bank letter not older than 3 months)
• Ability to renew licenses for Sage Evolution 200 and Sage 300 People for 24 months (including Direct Hire module)
