Overview

Provision of repairs and maintenance services of ICT equipment. The Tourism Fund invites open bids from ICT service providers to maintain and repair ICT equipment for a 24-month contract, based at Tourism Fund Building, 6th Floor, Nairobi. Suitable bidders are experienced ICT maintenance firms capable of delivering end-to-end repairs, with capacity to provide required tender securities and adhere to Kenyan public procurement rules (see TF/05/2026-2027 tender documents).

Requirements

• Tender security: KShs 100,000, valid for 217 days from tender opening.
• Prices in Kenya Shillings, inclusive of taxes and delivery.
• Tender documents to include: Form of Tender, priced Activity Schedule, Tender Security, JV documents if applicable, qualifications, and eligibility evidence.
• Compliance with anti-corruption and competition rules; sign the Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
• Tender validity: 182 days.
• Eligibility and qualifications demonstrated per Section III; tax compliance certificate for Kenyan tenderers.
• No electronic bidding; physical submission in sealed envelopes.

• Submission method: sealed tender envelopes delivered to Tourism Fund, Valley Road, 6th Floor, Nairobi or placed in the Tender Box at Reception, 6th Floor. No electronic submission permitted.

• Required documents: completed Form of Tender and Activity Schedule, tender security, JV agreement if applicable, evidence of qualifications and eligibility, tax compliance, and conformity to tender specs.
