Overview

Provision of robe lighting fixtures maintenance training for 08 officers. The South African State Theatre seeks a training provider to deliver a face-to-face program aligned to SAQA unit standards, including breakfast and lunch, for 8 officers. Bidder should be SETA-accredited (prefer MERSETA) or QCTO-registered, with facilitators who are SETA-registered and have at least 3 years’ technical training experience in electronics/PCB. Requirements

• Accreditation with relevant SETA (prefer MERSETA) or QCTO registration for Skills Development Provider; CVs for proposed facilitators/assessors with SETA registration and ≥3 years’ experience. (RFQ 488 - ROBE LIGHTING TRAINING.pdf)
• Training aligned to SAQA unit standards; facilitators registered and certified; facilitator recommended with the relevant SETA. Training site must meet space/equipment standards.
• Proof of accreditation and facilitator CVs to be submitted; evidence of SETA/QCTO status as applicable.
• Compliance documents: National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration (MAAA) and CSD number; SARS tax PIN (or printed TCS certificate); SBDs (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1) completed; B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; certified share certificates; POPIA consent form.
