Overview

Provision of Safety and Security Services for a period of 3 months to BCMDA. Suitable for PSIRA-registered security service providers with firearms licenses, COIDA compliance, public liability insurance, and demonstrated security services experience; bidders must be on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database or provide proof/reg. number.

Requirements

• Register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) or provide supplier number; submit proof.
• Complete MBD 4, 6.1, 7.1, 8, 9 and Declaration of Bidder forms.
• Meet minimum and mandatory requirements in the Terms of Reference; provide proof for specific goals (BBEEE, black ownership/youth/disabled).
• Submit PSIRA compliance documents (company certificate, good standing, directors’ registration).
• Provide three firearm licenses under the company name; COIDA good standing; Public Liability Insurance ≥ R1 million.
• Demonstrate security experience totaling at least R300,000; attach reference letters.
• Do not share resources with other bidders; ensure accuracy of all information.

Notes: prices inclusive of VAT; contract up to 3 months on a month-to-month basis; 200 km maximum per site; no sharing resources between bidders.
