Provision of Secondary Plant Maintenance and Refurbishment Services in the Western Grid (Western Cape and Northern Cape) on an As and When Required Basis for a Period of Three (3) Years. Eligible bidders are typically electrical/high-voltage maintenance specialists with relevant designations and proven HV experience; compliance with Eskom procurement rules (CIDB, B-BBEE, tax clearance) is expected.

Requirements

• Eligibility and compliance with Eskom tender rules (no 100% sub-contracting; complete original tender by deadline; e-tendering submission).
• Contract framework: NEC3 ECC3, with Part C1–C4 documents (Offer & Acceptance, Contract Data, Scope of Work, Site Information).
• Site scope: Maintenance/refurbishment across Western Cape and Northern Cape substations; project boundaries defined in Part 4 Site Information.
• Qualifications: key personnel with electrical engineering/tech trade qualifications and registrations; CVs and organograms (as per Technical Evaluation Criteria).
