Overview

Provision of security and guarding services for Kenya Airports Authority (non-consulting services) covering three lots: Lot 1 JKIA, Lot 2 Coast Region, Lot 3 Wilson Airport & Northern/North Rift (Eldoret Intl, Kisumu Intl, Western Region). This is an open tender for security guarding across multiple airports; suitable for providers with licensed security personnel, multi-site operations, and compliance with ITT/Section III. Requirements

• Compliance with ITT provisions, including anti-corruption declarations and non-debarment.
• Eligibility and JV rules: JV allowed with a representative; joint and several liability; single tendering only per firm except as allowed.
• Nationality/local content: foreign bidders must source at least 40% of inputs locally; other nationality rules apply.
• Tax compliance: Kenyan tax compliance certificate or exemption.
• Tender security or equivalent; format options (cash, bank guarantee, insurance, or licensed financial institution guarantee).
• Prices in Kenya Shillings; tender validity period; conformity and qualification documentation as per Section III.
• Availability of online submission through KAA portal; potential pre-tender meeting/site visit details in the TDS.
