Overview

Provision of security guarding services for the CCMA Johannesburg office for a period of sixty (60) months. This opportunity targets security service providers with PSIRA Grade C qualifications to supply 5 unarmed guards for day shifts (06:00–18:00, Mon–Fri) and to manage access control, patrols, key management, and related security duties for CCMA’s Johannesburg office, from 01 July 2027 to 30 June 2032. Requirements

• PSIRA Grade C guards; gender representation where required; bilingual English and one Indigenous language.
• Compliance with South African security and labour legislation (PSIRA, COIDA, Occupational Health and Safety Act, Firearms/Control Acts, MISS, POPIA, etc.).
• Minimum staffing: 5 unarmed guards (5 x day shift), 6:00–18:00, Mon–Fri.
• Mandatory registrations and proofs: PSIRA certificate, COIDA certificate, public liability insurance, firearm license (for backup), ICASA radio license, Security Provident Fund membership, Affinity Medical Insurance (or exemption), NB National Bargaining Council registrations, BBBEE documentation, tax compliance (PIN), and CSD master supplier registration.
• Documentation: full bid response in English, two hard copies + one USB; valid tax clearance; Central Supplier Database details; SBD forms 1, 3.3, 4, 6.1, 7.2; POPIA consent; annual financial statements; relevant consortium/joint-venture documents if applicable.
• Functional capability and governance: quarterly security performance/EP plans, training, uniform branding, incident and emergency procedure compliance, and on-site equipment provisioning (radios, handcuffs, batons, etc.).
• Service level expectations: SLA with CCMA; quarterly security evaluations; backup staffing and business continuity arrangements.
